Jason Piercey is a St. John’s based REALTOR® with more than 15 years experience serving the St. John’s and surrounding area.

As an advocate, educator, and mentor, Jason is committed to raising the bar in real estate education, client service, and marketing, training new agents in negotiation, strategy, and ethical real estate practice.

Focused primarily on client success and satisfaction, Jason specializes in residential real estate, new home construction, and complex transactions. In the real estate industry, Jason is known as a marketing expert and community voice, with a reputation for problem-solving, strategic approaches, and honesty.

Jason is founder of The Ask Team, a real estate team connected to eXp Realty.

Outside of work, Jason is a volunteer host and producer of Out of the Fog, a community television production focused on local news and issues. He also produces and stars in The Ask Jason Show, an online real estate program, helping people make the right decisions about where to live.

Jason is deeply committed to community and family. Specifically, he prioritizes time with his fiancée, daughter, and soon, his son, who will be joining them this fall. He’s also dedicated to contributing to youth sports and mental health initiatives.

Jason’s big-picture goal with The Ask Team is to redefine what it means to be a salesperson, restoring trust and a service-focus to the industry, while providing real estate services with humanity.
