Erica Bedard is a passionate real estate professional specializing in residential real estate in the St. John’s and surrounding areas. She works with The Ask Team to help clients navigate complex buying and selling decisions in today’s market.

Originally from Mount Pearl, Erica lived in British Columbia for nearly a decade before changing her mind and career and returning to Newfoundland for a better way of life.

A dedicated teacher for years, Erica decided she wanted to follow her passion of working in real estate and is in the process of working on building a business that thrives on supporting others to find their perfect place.

Erica’s approach is rooted in genuine relationships with clients built on communication and organization, while bringing a soothing presence to the current market.

When she’s not at work, you can find Erica spending time with her three young children and husband – ideally at the family cabin in Mahers.
